Editing The Locales File

ATTENTION! You might have to do a “apt-get update” and an “apt-get upgrade” here to confirm that the Raspian OS is up to date. If it's not, all we did up to now might not work right or look the same. There are some Raspian OS updates that need to be performed to make the “locales” work properly.

We now enter “reboot” to completely make sure all of the changes take effect.
